These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and the ordering, purchasing, fulfilment and delivery of products from Batch# Ceramics. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Product materials:

You may find slight irregularities in the glaze and slight variations in size as each Batch# Ceramics item is individually handcrafted and unique. No two items are the same and we hope that this is part of the reason you’ve chosen to purchase your very own Batch# Ceramics item.

Care instructions:

All Batch# Ceramics items are microwave and dishwasher safe. They are also oven safe up to 100 degrees. Please handle all Batch# Ceramics items with care at all times. When stacking the dishwasher, ensure items do not touch.
Satin or matte glazes can be prone to metal marking caused by some cutlery or salad servers. These marks can be safely removed by applying a small amount of gentle, non-abrasive cleanser such as Jif.
Do not expose items to rapid changes in temperature, such as removing an item from the oven and placing it directly under cold water. If you require any further information on how to care for your Batch# Ceramics items, please contact info@batchceramics.com
