Shipping policy

We offer a flat-rate shipping charge of $15 AUD for orders between $0 - $249 within Australia. All orders over $250 are entitled to free shipping. This will be automatically added at checkout.

For wholesale orders, shipping is additional and will be charged after an order has been placed. This will work out to be 5% of your order for capital cities and 7% of your order for regional locations.

Once an order is placed, we will be in contact to advise shipping fee’s and estimated delivery details.

 

Contact us at info@batchceramics.com.au if you would like to enquire about overseas rates. Once your order has been received, we will endeavour to have it to you within 10 working days. As a boutique studio, we only have a small amount of stock available and will make to order. If we do not have your item already available and expect a delay, we will contact you immediately to advise of a delivery date.

Please make sure you enter your address correctly at checkout as costs incurred to redeliver items will be charged to the customer.
