Refund policy

If an item arrives damaged, we will organise a replacement. Please email us at info@batchcermaics.com within 7 days with photo evidence of the shipping box and damaged items. No refunds will be given for a change of mind, however you can request an exchange or store credit.

Exchanges or credits are accepted so long as the items are unused and undamaged. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its original, undamaged condition within 7 days of receiving your order. Credits will be valid for 6 months only.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.

Batch# Ceramics reserves the right to deny a return, exchange or credit if it does not meet our returns policy. Batch# Ceramics cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.
